By precisely controlling extrusion speeds and pressures, Element extruders offer precise and repeatable profile tolerances. Element extruders are designed for safety and allow for maintenance access for adjustment and cleaning as required. Element extruders have been supplied up to 3,000,000 lbs of force. Due to lithium’s reactivity, especially when converted to thin foils, our proprietary system ensures protective coatings are on all surfaces to protect the quality of processed materials as well.
Element extruders can be coupled with Element Extruder Tooling configurations to generate the strip dimensions or profiles you desire. Element tooling uses ultra durable alloy material manufactured to exact requirements. Element also offers refurbishment and alteration services to help meet your requirements and ensure the longest life possible for tooling.
