Thin lithium foils are the key to unlocking new battery and energy storage system designs and and configurations. Element lithium rolling mill systems are capable of reducing lithium to accurate ultra thin gauges to meet the evolving requirements of the battery industry. Due to lithium’s reactivity, especially when converted to thin foils, our proprietary system ensures protective coatings are on all surfaces to protect the quality of processed materials as well.
These systems can be supplied as integrated coil-to-coil foil mills, or as stand-alone pieces of equipment to reduce ingots or sheets of battery materials.
